PCW Update – COLUMN

In 2019 we saw the launch of Porsche Excite! Program, this is our way of further defining the culture of customer experience and service at Porsche. At the heart of this program is our desire to enable all employees to make decisions that create an emotional connection with our customers.
For the past 21 days Porsche Centre Winnipeg has been involved in the 21 Day Excite! Huddle. This gave us a chance to come together to discuss our values and standards. Our Parts Manager, Ryan St. Hilaire, took us through the 21 days with encouragement and excitement. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we have come together as a team and made sure everyone was actively involved. Some of the things we covered in our meetings were the value of teamwork, why integrity is important and why efficiency is important.
With all the news about the new Cayman GT4, it may have got your blood flowing and amped your itch for racing. What better way to push a Porsche to the limit than at the Porsche Track Experience, with locations in British Columbia and Nova Scotia. Porsche training focuses on how to handle the car and basic driving safety. From car control to applying for your racing license, Porsche Instructors will show you how to get there, step by step through different training levels.
‘at your service’
My name is Ryan St. Hilaire, I started in the automotive industry in 1996. I have had the privilege of being the Parts Manager at Porsche Centre Winnipeg since 2014 . I started out working with Ford in my early career and moved onto Harley Davidson from there and now I could not be happier to be with Porsche Centre Winnipeg. I have my sights set on owning a 911 one day so working at Porsche is a dream come true. I am very happy to be a part of our great team at Porsche Centre Winnipeg and look forward to assisting all of our existing and new customers.
